A dive liveaboard or safari is a great way to explore the Komodo National Park in style and comfort at a price everyone can afford.

Our liveaboard Tatawa (meaning laugh) was custom built as a dive boat for operating dive liveaboard trips in the Komodo National Park. We will take you to the best dive sites in Komodo, and our guides will ensure that your experience is one to be fondly remembered!

To help ensure that you have the best diving experience we have a couple of important features. First, we have a maximum of 8 guests – on a big boat! This means space and comfort onboard and small dive groups in the water (which really helps when it comes to big fish encounters).

We send the best guides in Komodo at a ratio of maximum 4 divers per guide, allowing us to accommodate for divers with different experience levels. Our guides are all very experienced with excellent knowledge of the dive sites and conditions within Komodo, this is backed by management’s commitment to giving you the best trip possible. Each time we embark the boat is equipped for and our guides have flexibility to make their own itinerary, anywhere within the Komodo National Park for your trip – following their judgement as to when and where the best diving is. 

Feel free to explore deserted beaches, snorkel, catch the sunset or just spend your time leafing through our Fish ID library onboard. Between dives you will be more than well-fed with a range of Asian and Western dishes.

Trips range from 2 nights to 5 nights, or even longer. Customized itineraries and special programs are available for groups or on request.
