Long before Komodo National Park became one of the world's most celebrated diving destinations, DiveKomodo was already exploring these remarkable waters. Founded by diving pioneer Mark Heighes, our story began with a passion for adventure, marine conservation, and sharing Komodo's incredible underwater world with divers from around the globe.

With exploration dating back to 1981 and permanent operations established in Labuan Bajo in 1996, our team has spent decades understanding Komodo's tides, currents, marine life, and hidden reefs.
