Terms & Conditions
Booking Procedure
Once you have submitted your booking, our staff will check and approve the booking and change the status to Reserved. You will receive a notification email and directions what to do next. You will need to provide the necessary information for each guest under the blue Guest Details button on the invoice. Please fill in the necessary details provided.
Once you have completed the form, you will need to pay us deposit. Your booking will only be guaranteed after paying a 30% deposit, or, as specified on the invoice. If you fail to pay the deposit we reserve the right to cancel your booking and offer the room to other customers. Deposits are not refundable but may be re-scheduled.
Payment
All quotations are charged in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Payments can be made in USD, IDR or EUR, and the exchange rate will be based on the conversion rate listed on xe.com on the day of payment. Overseas payments can be made through bank transfer, Paypal or Wise, and other transfer methods are possible if both parties agree.
Payment confirmation will be provided by both parties, indicating the amount transferred and the amount received. Full payment is due 14 days before the trip starts, unless otherwise agreed.
The transactions fees are the responsibility of the guests.
Cancellation Policies
Liveaboard
If you cancel your booking after making a deposit, There is a 3 day cooling off period as long as this is more than 2 weeks prior to departure. Otherwise you will forfeit the deposit.
If a guest cancels the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled start and have paid in full, they will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made between 4-6 days before the scheduled start and have paid in full, will receive a 30% refund.
No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 3 days of the scheduled start or if the guest fails to show up at the scheduled start time of the trip.
Day Trips
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment is required the day prior to the trip embarking.
Cancellation or a no show less than 12 hours prior to departure will result in loss of fares paid. Depending on the circumstances we may choose to mutually reschedule if there is availability.
Please note that the terms and conditions outlined above represent the worst-case scenario. We will do our best to minimize cancellation and amendment costs. Our management team will evaluate each cancellation case individually to determine if any special conditions warrant amendments to our policies.
